How to Report a Lost or Stolen SkyTrak

Reporting Lost or Stolen SkyTrak Monitors:

  1. Log into your at https://clubhouse.skytrakgolf.com/login site.
  2. From the My Account page.
  3. Locate your SkyTrak Launch Monitor under My Devices.
  4. Select  "Report/ Lost Stolen" from the list below your SkyTrak Launch Monitor
  5. Select whether the Monitor was either Lost or Stolen from the drop down menu.
  6. Add any additional comments you may have to the Comments Box.
  7. Select "Report"" to submit your report.

 

Upon Reporting a SkyTrak Launch Monitor Lost or Stolen, The SkyTrak Serial Number will be flagged in the SkyTrak system to prevent unauthorized use.
