If you are using a Mobile Device, such as an iPad, iPhone, or Android, you may simply need to uninstall the app, and download it again to clear the database file.

1. Close your SkyTrak Application and Open File Explorer

2. Toggle Hidden Items under the 'View' Tab in File Explorer

3. Open Your Windows (C:) Drive

4. Open the Users Folder

5. Open the folder for the current user, or the owner of the computer. Whichever SkyTrak is downloaded in, and click AppData

6. Open LocalLow

7. Right Click on the SkyTrak folder within LocalLow and select Delete

8. Launch your SkyTrak software like normal
