On occasion, you may experience odd behavior from your SkyTrak Launch Monitor. In those instances, one of our techs might request the Log Files from your SkyTrak to look into what might be causing the behavior. Please use the following guide on how to send those.
How To Send Log Files
- Open the SkyTrak software/app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select your profile in the upper right.
- Select About on the next screen.
- Select Send Logs in the lower right.
- It will ask if you want to send historical or current logs. If the problem has just appeared during your current session, send the current logs. If this problem appeared during a previous session, send us the historical logs.
- Let us know when you sent them and from what device (Computer or Mobile), and we'll look into what is causing the issues that you're reporting to find a quick resolution.
