This guide will help you to find and install the included USB driver for Windows.

Please navigate to the following folder and perform the listed steps.

  1. Open My Computer and navigate to C:\Program Files\SkyTrak\Driver\Zadig for Windows Vista or later\
  2. Connect your SkyTrak over USB, and ensure it is powered OFF
  3. Run the zadig_X_X_X.exe file.  The X's will represent the current version of the driver.
  4. Select Install WCID driver, and wait for the process to finish.
  5. Restart Windows
  6. Open Skytrak application
  7. Power on SkyTrak device.

This procedure should update your Windows driver registry with the correct information to identify the SkyTrak device over USB.

TIP:  You should hear windows make a noise when unplugging and plugging in your USB connection, while the skytrak is powered on.  This means windows is at least detecting the device.
