If you are one of our many players who uses TGC on a regular basis, you may have noticed an issue with connecting to the TGC Interface recently. This is due to a recent change behind the scenes. Don't worry, though, as there is a simple fix! Just follow the below steps, and you'll be back up and running in no time!
The only component that is necessary is the SkyTrak TGC Interface. The Golf Club Simulator will automatically be selected, so be sure to uncheck that before selecting Install.
- Visit https://download.protee-united.com/skytrak/tgcstsetup.exe for the latest version of the TGC software. This will immediately install the software to your computer.
- Run the Installer which will be titled tgcstsetup.exe.
- Select "Yes" "Allow" and "Next" wherever you are prompted. The only component that is necessary is the SkyTrak TGC Interface. The Golf Club Simulator will automatically be selected, so be sure to uncheck that before selecting Install.
- Select Install and allow it to run.
- Once it finishes, be sure to open the SkyTrak TGC Interface and connect your device.
You might notice that the TGC Interface looks little different than it used to.
To connect, simply select Discover at the top, followed by Connect right below it. Once you're connected, it should launch your TGC software to begin playing!
If you don't uncheck it, you will need to register again with TGC at tgcsim.com/register/
