This guide outlines how you can install/update Microsoft Quick assist. Quick Assist is used by our IT support team to gain access to your computer and screen to better assist.

1. Please Click Here to visit the Microsoft store.

2. Select "Install" on the site. 

3. A window will appear prompting you to open the Microsoft Store. Select "Open Microsoft Store"

4. A new window will appear showing the application Quick Assist, Select "Get" on this smaller pop up.

5. This window will show you progress of the installation, Once installed select "Open"

6. Quick Assist will open from this point, please enter the code provided by your Technician.

Once Quick Assist has been installed, you can use the KeyBoard Shortcut Control + Windows + Q to open the application.
